FAQs
How does virtual tutoring work?
Virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom and include screen-sharing, interactive tools, and digital teaching materials. Students only need a device with internet access. Younger learners may benefit from a parent nearby for tech support during the first few sessions. Most families prefer virtual tutoring for its convenience and flexibility, but in-person sessions can be arranged when location allows.
How do I schedule a session and how much does it cost?
To schedule your free consultation, reach out to Ms. Meadow through the Contact page or email her directly at MeadowTutoringCo@gmail.com. During the consultation, you will discuss the student’s goals, learning needs, and ideal session frequency. Many students thrive with one session per week, while others benefit from more frequent support. Together, you’ll find a session time that works best for your family’s schedule.
Pricing is individualized and varies depending on the student’s needs.
What is your cancellation policy?
To keep scheduling fair and consistent for all families, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Because each time slot is reserved specifically for your student, late cancellations or no-shows may be charged at the full session rate.
If you need to adjust your appointment, you’re welcome to request a rescheduled session within the same week, depending on availability. In cases of emergencies or unexpected situations, please reach out—reasonable exceptions may be made at Ms. Meadow’s discretion.
